INTO THE WILD // Illustration, Web Design

This project's goal was to communicate the story of Chrisotpher McCandeles, a young man who upon graduating from college left everything behind to explore nature. His quite extreme methods of finding tranquility and solace are accurately described through John Krakauer's novel "Into the Wild." A simple design system was created to tell his story almost as if it were in the book. Broken down in 5 chapters, the Into the Wild website retells Christopher's story with illustration and photographic elements.
